With nearly 30 years of experience spanning pediatric and adult clinical psychology, Dr. Fierro leads Atrium’s clinical direction and assessment services. She supervises clinicians, consults on complex cases, and oversees diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and quality of care across the clinic.

Her approach combines scientific rigour with a deeply human understanding of each person. Informed by developmental, relational, trauma-informed, and somatic perspectives, she helps Atrium’s team move beyond labels toward clear formulations and individualized recommendations that meaningfully follow from the evidence.

Approach:
Stephanie supports young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood concerns, emotional dysregulation, divorce and relationship recovery, and the effects of emotionally harmful relationships. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. Drawing from CBT, ACT, CPT, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapies, Stephanie helps clients understand difficult patterns, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and provides psychotherapy under clinical supervision while completing the requirements toward professional registration.

Hanna also brings her experience with strength training into her understanding of mindset—helping clients recognize that resilience is developed through consistent, intentional practice.
