Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety and stress-related concerns

  • Trauma and trauma-related experiences

  • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Identity and self-esteem

  • Emotional regulation and coping skills

Approach
Work is grounded in careful listening, curiosity, and a desire to understand the full context of a person’s experience. Sessions often combine meaningful conversation with structured psychological tools, helping bring clarity to patterns, emotional responses, and life experiences that may feel confusing or overwhelming. The focus is on understanding the whole person and making sense of what may be contributing to current concerns, rather than relying solely on labels.

Support is collaborative and paced, with attention to both immediate challenges and longer-term understanding. Care is shaped together, with practical steps identified to support stability, insight, and growth.

Who This May Be a Good Fit For:
This style of work may be especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck, unsettled, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma-related concerns, or periods of change. It may also be a good fit for those who value a thoughtful, reflective approach and want space to better understand themselves while working toward meaningful, manageable change.

WSIB Services
Hennadii provides psychological services related to WSIB claims under supervision, supporting individuals navigating work-related psychological stressors and recovery.

Ongoing supervision supports careful, well-supported clinical work and ensures alignment with Atrium Psychology’s commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Hanna Chisholm

Registered Nurse

Languages: English, Polish

Populations:
Adults

Areas of Focus:

  • Physical and emotional wellness

  • Life balance and daily structure

  • Mindset, resilience, and follow-through

  • Self-confidence and boundaries

  • Habit formation and routine-building

Approach:
Work is grounded in structure, discipline, and practical action. Drawing on her background as a Registered Nurse, international medical graduate (IMG), and military-trained professional, support focuses on strengthening mindset, building consistent routines, and developing habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.

Sessions are direct, goal-oriented, and focused on follow-through. Emphasis is placed on accountability, self-leadership, and translating intention into daily practice. Rather than striving for perfection, the work centres on building systems, boundaries, and habits that hold under real-life pressure.

Who This May Be a Good Fit For:
This approach may be a strong fit for individuals who want clear structure, direct guidance, and are ready to take responsibility for meaningful change. It is particularly well suited for those who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggle with consistency, or want a disciplined, grounded approach to building resilience, confidence, and sustainable routines.

✨“Wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating a life that feels like yours.”
